Valentini Grammatikopoulou (Greek: Βαλεντίνη Γραμματικοπούλου; born 9 February 1997) is a Greek tennis player.

Grammatikopoulou has won nine singles and thirteen doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 3 October 2016, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 207. On 21 November 2016, she peaked at world number 175 in the doubles rankings.

Playing for Greece at the Fed Cup, Kilkis-born Grammatikopoulou has a win–loss record of 5–1.[1]
