Warner Bros. Digital Networks is responsible for building on the Studios-owned digital and OTT video services and expanding Warner Bros.’ footprint by launching new offerings, growing current company-owned services and making strategic alliances. WBDN works closely with sister divisions Turner Entertainment and HBO as part of parent company Time Warner’s overall strategy to reach audiences directly through currently owned OTT services as well as those to be launched in the future[1][2]

Warner Bros. Digital Networks accelerated the company’s owned OTT activities, acquiring DramaFever and Machinima in 2016.[1]

Warner Archive Instant, an SVOD service offering classic Warner Bros. titles, is also managed as part of the WBDN portfolio. It also actively manages the company’s investments in UNINTERRUPTED, the partnership with LeBron James and Maverick Carter; and Ellen Digital Ventures, a partnership with Ellen DeGeneres.[3]
