William Francis Corkery III (born December 11, 1993) is an American voice actor, familiar to players of the Sonic the Hedgehog series of games as the voice of Miles "Tails" Prower. He remains being the last male to voice the character.

Acting work

Corkery was the voice of Tails in the video games Sonic Heroes and Sonic Battle in 2003, along with Sonic Advance 3 in 2004. As an actor, Corkery played the role of Mario in Episode 2 of Veronica Mars, and also played the role of a bully in François Choquet's short, Amarelinha.[1]

He has also played a number of roles onstage, including Nikko in The Wizard of Oz, Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, The King in Roger and Hammerstein's Cinderella, Mayor Shinn in The Music Man Jr, Nicely in Guys And Dolls Jr and Linus in You're A Good Man Charlie Brown.

Corkery has a significant role as Anui in the 2010 film: The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone.

Personal

Corkery's older sister and father, Emily and Bill Corkery, are actors too. In Sonic Heroes, Emily and Bill play Charmy and Espio respectively.
