William Robert "Bobby" Outten[1] (born October 1, 1948 in Milford, Delaware) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Delaware House of Representatives since January 11, 2005 representing District 30.[2]

Outten earned his AA in business administration from Delaware Technical Community College.
