William Utay is an American character actor known for roles as stockbroker-turned-bum Phil Sanders, and Phil's evil twin Will, on the American television series Night Court. Utay also plays Dr. Wilhelm Rolf, an associate of the DiMera crime family, on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives from September 19, 1997 to June 18, 2003 and returned June 4, 2007 to September 24, 2008.
