Wings of Strength

Wings of Strength is an organization founded in 2010 by Jake and Kristal Wood in order to ensure female bodybuilders can compete in IFBB professional bodybuilding competitions. The organization also promotes all of bodybuilding including women's physique, women's fitness, and women's figure.[1][2]

History

In 2012, Wings of Strength got its first sponsorship of an IFBB professional competition, the IFBB Wings of Strength Chicago Pro-Am Extravaganza. In 2014, Wings of Strength became a sponsorship of the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Pro. In 2015, the majority of female professional bodybuilding competitions, the IFBB Wings of Strength Puerto Rico Pro, the IFBB Omaha Pro Women's Bodybuilding, the IFBB Wings of Strength Chicago Pro, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Pro, the Wings of Strength Texas Pro, and the 2015 IFBB Wings of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships, became sponsored by Wings of Strength.
