The Wisconsin Trade Center is a low-rise building located in Middleton, Wisconsin. Standing at approximately 134 feet tall with an area of 290,000 square feet, it is the tallest building in Middleton.[2] It holds an office for West Corporation, a telecommunications company based in Omaha, Nebraska.[3] Otherwise, the rest of the building is currently for lease for office space.[4]

Features

The building is a commercial office building made of mostly blue glass windows. It includes three conference rooms with a capacity of 198 people. Also included are offices and a large, glass atrium/lobby. It contains a restaurant, Blue Plate Café, and a fitness center. A skywalk going over Greenway Boulevard links to the nearby Greenway Building.[2][4][5]
