With Approval (1986 – June 21, 2010) was a Thoroughbred racehorse who won the Canadian Triple Crown in 1989 under jockey Don Seymour. He finished second in the 1990 Breeders' Cup Turf and the Arlington Million.

In winning the Bowling Green Handicap on June 17, 1990 at Belmont Park, With Approval set a new World Record of 2:10.20 for 1 3/8 miles on turf. As of January 2008, the record remains unmatched.

As a sire

With Approval was retired from racing after the 1990 season and sent to stud at Live Oak Stud near Ocala, Florida.[1] In 2006, he was acquired by Landwades Stud in Moulton, Suffolk, United Kingdom, where he stood until his death. He is the damsire of Miesque's Approval, winner of the 2006 Breeders' Cup Mile.

As a stallion, he sired Talkin Man, the 1994 Canadian Champion 2-Year-Old Colt and 1995 Wood Memorial Stakes winner who in turn sired Better Talk Now, the 2004 winner of the Breeders' Cup Turf.

In 1993, With Approval was inducted into the Canadian Horse Racing Hall of Fame.

With Approval was euthanized on June 21, 2010 due to the infirmities of old age.[1]
