Yun-seo, also spelled Yoon-seo, is a Korean unisex name. Its meaning depends on the hanja used to write each syllable of the name. There are 15 hanja with the reading "yun" and 38 hanja with the reading "seo" on the South Korean government's official list of hanja which may be used in given names.[1] Yun-seo was the tenth-most-popular name for newborn girls in South Korea in 2009, with 1,921 being given the name, and had risen to sixth place by 2013.[2] [3]
