Zack Street

Zack Street is in downtown Tampa, Florida. It is home to several historic buildings including Tampa Federal Courthouse building and Jackson Rooming House. Old Union Depot Hotel was torn down in 2010.

As of 2012, the street is being remodelled to become a "Promenade of the Arts" in a $1.2 million project to the Tampa Riverwalk. The former federal courthouse building is supposed to be developed into a boutique hotel.[1]

A firehouse is located at 808 East Zack Street. It serves Uptown and Downtown Tampa, the Channel District, Harbour Island, and the southern end of Tampa Heights.
