Ólafur Hannesson (born 7 November 1926) is an Icelandic former footballer. He was part of the Iceland national football team between 1948 and 1955. He played 5 matches.[1][2] On club level he played for Knattspyrnufélag Reykjavíkur. With the team he both won the 1948 Úrvalsdeild and 1949 Úrvalsdeild. He was also overall topscorer in 1948 and 1949 with 4 goals in both years.
