"Asesina" is the second single released by Argentine singer and actress Lali Espósito, taken from her debut studio album A Bailar (2014). It was released via digital download on March 10, 2014. The song was written by Espósito along with music producers (who also produced it) Pablo Akselrad, Luis Burgio and Gustavo Novello.

Background and release

"Asesina" was released as a promotional single on October 29, 2013. On March 10, 2014 the song was released as an official single along with its music video. The track was also released on March 21, 2014 as part of the entire album.

Live performances

Espósito gave her first live performance of "Asesina" on her solo artist release at La Trastienda on September 2, 2013.[1] On September 11, 2014, Espósito performed the song at the ninth edition of "Bailando por un Sueño".[2] "Asesina" is also part of her setlist for Espósito's worldwide tour, A Bailar Tour.

Music video

The video was released on Espósito's YouTube channel on March 10, 2014. The video counts with the special participation of the Argentine dancer Facundo Mazzei.[3] The video won in the category for "Best Choreography" at the 2014 Quiero Awards.[4]
