Bob Young (footballer, born 1894)

Bob Young (born Brandon, County Durham 18 February 1894 - died Norwich 8 September 1960) was an English footballer and manager. He played for Sunderland throughout his professional playing career, which was largely interrupted by World War I.[1] During his career coached Norwich City.[2] After the outbreak of the First World War, Young was sent to fight on the continent, where he won a Military Medal.[1]
