Czernin [ˈt͡ʂɛrnin] (German Hohendorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sztum, within Sztum County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Sztum and 59 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
