Egan, Iowa

Egan is an unincorporated community in Allamakee County, Iowa, in the United States.^[1]

History

A post office was established in Egan in 1900, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1903.^[2] It was named for the first postmaster, James Egan.^[3]
