Fredrik Midtsjø (born 11 August 1993) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays for Rosenborg, as a midfielder.[1]

Club creer

Early career

He made his debut as a 16 year old in the Norwegian Cup in May 2010 against his childhood team Stjørdals-Blink.[2] Not long later he officially became a part of the Rosenborg squad.[3] But during the summer Rosenborg brought in new players and decided to send him out on loan to a local second tier team, Ranheim for the rest of the season.[4]

After a game for the second team he sufferd a leg break, keeping him out for 7 months.[5][6]

Loan to Sandnes Ulf

After recovering from the injury the club decided it was best to send him out on loan to another Tippeliga team, Sandnes Ulf for the 2014 season.[7]

International career

Midtsjø made his debut for the Norway national football team on 24 March 2016 in a friendly against the Estonia in Tallinn when he came on as a substitute for Per Ciljan Skjelbred in the 86th minute.
