Higashi-Sendai Station (東仙台駅 Higashi-Sendai-eki) is a railway station on the Tōhoku Main Line in Miyagino-ku, Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East).

History
Higashi-Sendai Station opened on July 25, 1932. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japanese National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987.
