"Marcia: Greatest Hits 1975–1983" is a compilation album released on 22 November 2004. It was released just two months after the release of Hinesight, which peaked at number 12 on the Australian ARIA Chart.[2] Hines performed the track "Ain't Nobody" live on the Australian Idol finale on the 21 November 2004,[3] from which this song was taken.

Hines was a judge on Australian Idol. This album was released the next day. The album contains tracks taken from the albums, Marcia Shines, Shining, Ladies and Gentlemen, Ooh Child, Take it From the Boys and Love Sides.
