The Mayor of Masterton is the head of the municipal government of Masterton, New Zealand, and presides over the Masterton District Council. - have their own mayors. The Mayor is directly elected using Preferential Voting, commonly, but incorrectly, referred to as STV.

The current Mayor is Lyn Patterson, elected in October 2013.^[1]
