Příšov is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.93 square kilometres (1.13 sq mi), and has a population of 251 (as at 28 August 2006).
Příšov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 86 km (53 mi) west of Prague.
