St. Mary's Catholic Church was a historic Catholic Church located at Fort Wayne, Indiana. The church was built in 1886-1887, and was a red brick and sandstone Gothic Revival style church. It measured approximately l95 feet long and 68 feet wide, and had a traditional cruciform plan. The front facade featured three projecting towers. Also on the property were the contributing rectory and boiler building.[2]:2, 4–5

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.[1] It was destroyed by fire September 2, 1993 after being struck by lightning and delisted that year. A new church built in 1998 occupies the site of the historic church.
