Theodore J. "Ted" Falk (born May 23, 1960) is a Canadian politician, who currently represents the electoral district of Provencher in the House of Commons of Canada.[1] A member of the Conservative Party of Canada, he was elected in a by-election on November 25, 2013,[2] succeeding former cabinet minister Vic Toews, who retired from politics in July after almost 13 years as the area's MP.[3]

Early Life and Career

When Falk became Steinbach Credit Union President in 1998, SCU had $728 million in assets, on February 18, 2014, after 16 years with Falk as President, the SCU reported $4.16 billion in assets.[4]

Prior to his election, Falk was chairman and president of the Steinbach Credit Union, and the president of a construction and gravel-crushing company.[5]
