Jeffrey Brenner is a primary care physician. He is the founder and currently the Executive Director at the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers.[1] The Camden Coalition provides preventative care to high-risk patients in order to reduce healthcare costs. This practice is known as "hotspotting". The program, which began in Camden, has since expanded to ten cities, including Allentown, Aurora, Kansas City and San Diego.[2]

Brenner won a MacArthur Award in 2013.
