Ponědraž is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.79 square kilometres (2.24 sq mi), and has a population of 108 (as at 2 October 2006).
Ponědraž lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) west of Jindřichův Hradec, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 110 km (68 mi) south of Prague.
