Grodno [ˈɡrɔdnɔ] (1947-2010: Jaromin; German: Jordansee)^[1]^[2] is a coastal place on the island of Wolin, in the administrative district of Gmina Międzyzdroje, within Kamień County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.^[3] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Międzyzdroje, 17 km (11 mi) west of Kamień Pomorski, and 62 km (39 mi) north of the regional capital Szczecin.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.

There are two vacation centres at Grodno, Grodno I (formerly a vacation centre for the Polish government, given to the Wolin National Park on 10 February 2009), and Grodno II, a vacation centre within the National Park with its own beach.

To the south-east of Grodno is Gardno Lake.
