Tis is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 14.11 square kilometres (5.45 sq mi), and has a population of 344 (as at 28 August 2006).
Tis lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 35 km (22 mi) north of Jihlava, and 88 km (55 mi) south-east of Prague.
