Horní Smrčné is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.32 square kilometres (1.28 sq mi), and has a population of 58 (as at 2005).
Horní Smrčné lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of Třebíč, 15 km (9 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 128 km (80 mi) south-east of Prague.
