First Trust Company Building is a historic commercial building located at Broadway and State Street in Albany, New York, United States. It was designed by noted architect Marcus T. Reynolds and built in 1904. Currently, it is the main offices of the Research Foundation for the State University of New York.[2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.[1] It is also a contributing property to the Downtown Albany Historic District.
