Lexington House is a historic hotel located at Lexington in Greene County, New York. It was built about 1883 as a middle class resort and is large three story frame building arranged in a modified "L" shaped configuration. It features Italianate and Eastlake design elements. Also on the property is a former ice house (ca. 1900), wagon house (ca. 1883), River Theater (ca. 1887), and shed (ca. 1900).[2]

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
