Temple of Israel Synagogue, also known as the Beth Israel Synagogue, Temple Israel Synagogue, and Haven Ministries, is a historic synagogue located in the Rockaway Beach neighborhood of Queens in New York City. The synagogue was built in 1921, and is a two-story, rectangular, steel frame and brick building in the Classical Revival style. The front gable facade features an elaborate main entry with Ionic order stone columns. The synagogue closed in 2001, and the building now houses a non-denominational Pentecostal church.[2]:3, 14

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.[1]
