Terry-Mulford House is a historic home located at Orient in Suffolk County, New York. It is a late 17th century saltbox form dwelling with a rear lean to built about 1700 . A side wing was built about 1800 and third wing added in the early 20th century. Also on the property is a puyramidal roofed well and small shed.[2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.[1] the sign is incorrect it was never a tavern
